Serendib Atlas is an independent Sri Lanka travel guide written by Abdullah Kamal. Nobody pays us to include, rank or review a place.

Right now this site has no affiliate links, sponsored content or ads. The outside links in our guides go to official sources, news reports and, where we quote a price, the operator's own page, so you can check things for yourself.

We may add a small number of affiliate links in future, for example to book a tour or a transfer. If we do:

• the link will be clearly labelled where it appears, and marked rel="sponsored" for search engines;
• we may earn a commission if you book, at no extra cost to you;
• it won't change what we recommend. We'll keep linking to free and official options next to any paid ones;
• this page will list the programmes we use.
